The hotel has a range of dining options served in the Garden Restaurant, the lounge and cocktail bars with a range of casual and formal choices from the a la carte and fixed price menus focused on contemporary British and European Cuisine.

During the career of the Head Chef Stephen Clark he has cooked for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and for the Embassies of Japan, Russia and Saudia Arabia …..Stephen also personally planned and cooked at the wedding of Jools Holland the Jazz musician.

Garden Restaurant
Entering the Garden restaurant via the Cocktail bar why not pause for an aperitif overlooking the South facing hotel gardens and terrace. The friendly and experienced team will offer you our fixed and a la carte menus.

The restaurant is air conditioned and decorated with bright floral prints in an English garden theme. Lunch opening hours are 12 Monday to Sunday with evening service from 6pm.

Brasserie
In early 2014 the hotel is investing in a new Brasserie style bar and casual dining area by expanding the existing Cocktail Bar. This will create a large space in a contemporary style to offer customers casual dining through the day with South Facing view of the Garden.

Cocktail Bar
The Cocktail bar was formerly the library when the hotel was a stately home to Baron Farnborough. You can recline on our comfortable sofas and chairs and enjoy the garden views while sampling our range of choice alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and the hot and cold lounge menu.

Weather permitting there is a large South facing outdoor terrace for alfresco refreshment. Service from 12 to 3 and 6 till late everyday.

Lounge Bar
The lounge bar is located in the hotel lobby and a great to meet for pleasure or business. As well as free wifi you can also read the complimentary newspapers or watch TV on large LCD flat screen including Sky Sports while enjoying our range of beverages and eating from the lounge menu. There is also access to a garden terrace. Service from 12 till late everyday.
