Accommodation: The 21 hotel bedrooms, including 4 with ground floor access, are decorated in a country house style using fine antiques. Some rooms enjoy views overlooking the terraced garden. Expect generous baths, power showers, fluffy towels and Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. Many hotel rooms also enjoy Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the hotel’s public areas. If you prefer dining from the comfort of your hotel room, we have a room service menu available from 7am to 10pm. All use fresh produce from local suppliers and all are led by Head Chef, Steven Pidgeon – internationally recognised for modern British cuisine and 1 of only 80 Master Chefs in Great Britain. AA 2 Rosette Restaurant The main restaurant is always popular and attracts many non-residents. Fine dining dishes and attentive, friendly service makes this an ideal restaurant for any occasion. The hotel has held 2 AA rosettes continuously since 1987. The area surrounding the hotel is perfect for indulging in a range of country pursuits. As well as 20 miles of river bank, the countryside surrounding the hotel is perfect for shoots with it's steep hills and wooded valleys. The Arundell Arms works closely with some of the finest driven shoots on estates in the local area and with professional stalkers, guides and instructors. Directions & Address: Directions to the Hotel from A30 To find the Hotel, leave the M5 at junction 31 (sign posted A30 Bodmin/Okehampton) and continue along this road for approximately 40 miles. Turn off the A30 at the Lifton Down Junction. You will see a large brown sign which says Lifton Village. Once off the dual carriageway, turn right at 'T' junction.
